The school was surrounded by security fencing, which was some distance from their reception and to ensure pupils safety needed to be locked during school hours.
This would mean each visitor would have to be let in by a member of staff who would have to walk some distance to the entrance gate.
The answer was to install a vehicle and a pedestrian gate with automated access provided via and a video intercom at each gate, enabling staff to open the gate remotely from the reception office.
