Monitored alarms are connected to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC),
If your alarm triggers, our UK call centre will call your keyholders to inform them of an activation.

In the event of a second sensor activating (known as a sequentially confirmed alarm) should you wish, the ARC are authorised to contact and inform the Police.
Check with your insurance company as they often insist on the installation of a Monitored system and may also offer discounts.

Monitoring can be achieved using single or dual path signalling devices. Signals to our monitoring station can be achieved using the following methods:

• IP – Client broadband.
• PSTN – Client analogue phoneline.
• World Sim – Using 3G, 4G, GSM or GPRS on any mobile network providers platform.

Panic buttons
Protect your staff against potential theft or anti-social behaviour when working.

Magnetic contacts
Protect against the opening of doors and roller shutters.

Movement detectors
These monitor a set area within the building and ensure a reliable and thorough coverage.

Shock detectors
Usually mounted on doors and window frames, these detectors ensure an early warning of a break in.

Break glass detectors
The onboard microphone senses the sound of breaking glass, protecting against “smash and grab” scenarios.

External detection
Movement detectors for harsh environments, securing open buildings and secure compounds.

Flood detectors
These sensors will notify when water is detected in a specific area.

We only use products with proven track records against false alarms from insects, rodents, sunlight, drafts and more.

These include quad element Passive Infrared (PIR) and Dual Technology detectors, which unlike conventional PIR’s, have a much higher tolerance against the more challenging environments. We ensure your premises is secured whilst always considering reducing the risk of false alarms.

Disarm your system or isolate specific devices when expecting a delivery.
If you have forgotten to set the system after work, you can arm it remotely at any time.
The app will also inform you where an alarm activation has occurred, allowing you to direct the police and keyholders to any potential security breach.

Maintenance agreements are a very popular choice, with the majority of our customers opting to take one out.
